Another scene from Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, not mentioning what it is (or WHO that is) as I suppose it'd be rather spoilery if I did. ... however, if you've read the book, allow me to wink and nudge at you. It's from Chapter 67, "The hawthorn tree".

Also, that's snow they're sitting in.

Just something random that I wanted to tool about with in Photoshop, but didn't turn out quite the way I wanted. In my imagination he was always wearing a hat anyway. Hiss!

I had never seen Jonathan Strange fan art before. I SO LOVE that book
I always imagined *him* to seem less contemporany to the time of the story, but really who cares. I mean, look at this, it is so cool. And, it pretty much suits the image I had about that scene in the book. The clean lines are so beatiful too.
