Y'know, that recording where she's sitting in that sunken bar area during New Year's and moping then some terrorists do something terrible and the sound quits out and then later on she's all "awww raspberries! my FACE got real muddled!".

I really, really this drawing - the coloring and the mood are great, your tones are always so warm and welcoming, even dark stuff like this!
Have my unsolicited opinion on McClintock:
Seeing this picture just reminds me of how much I hate Diane. Not in a "bitch got what she deserved ha-ha" sort of way, you just managed to portray her as simpering and demure as I pictured her, although I'm pretty sure anyone who's face just got bashed in would look that way. She just annoys me so much Godddd she's so whiiiny.
I get so annoyed listening to her little diaries wangsting over Andrew Ryan. And then whoop there she goes rubbing up against Atlas lady stop with your boner for authority already.
Blahblah blah character analysis blahblah i think she goes for power blahblahblah why am i ranting in a deviant comment

Also I'd never given that much thought to Diane's character, or the motivations that make her switch sides like she does. It seems there's a lot unanswered about what the hell she does in Rapture and the relationship between her and Ryan. I'd never thought too much about the parallels between that and her later fanaticism for Atlas, but NOW I am, aha. ... so basically thanks.
